Face Coverings and Temperature Checks

Whilst we are trying to bring as few patients to the Practice as possible, if you are asked to attend we strongly advise that you should wear something to cover your mouth and nose such as multi layered scarf if you do not have a mask. This is to protect both you and our staff. Our staff will also be checking the temperature of any patients asked to attend. Please bear with the staff when attending, they are doing their very best to keep both you and us as safe as possible.

Face coverings do not replace social distancing. If you have symptoms of COVID-19 (cough, and/or high temperature, and/or loss of, or change in, your normal sense of smell or taste – anosmia), you and your household must isolate at home: wearing a face covering does not change this. You should arrange to have a test to see if you have COVID-19 via gov.uk or call 119.

It is important to use face coverings properly and wash your hands before putting them on and taking them off.

Thank you.
